Genumark is proud to announce that Mandi Rudd, Director of New Markets, has been named the 2025 Woman of Distinction at the annual ASI Counselor Awards held in Chicago. This prestigious recognition celebrates Mandi’s outstanding contributions to the branded merchandise industry, her leadership in sustainability, and her unwavering commitment to volunteerism and community service.
Known throughout the industry not only for her creativity and business acumen but also for her heart-led leadership, Mandi has championed causes ranging from clean water access through PromoCares‘ Water4Good initiative to fundraising for Children’s Mercy Hospital through Kansas City’s Big Slick Celebrity Weekend. Mandi’s impact also includes years of dedicated service to PPAMidwest, PromoCares, and numerous local nonprofits.

Mandi joined Genumark in 2023 after more than a decade running her own distributorship, Brand Energy Marketing. Her decision to join Genumark was inspired in part by the company’s Certified B Corporation status and shared values around sustainability and social impact. Since joining the team, she has played a key role in expanding Genumark’s U.S. presence while continuing to model what it means to lead with purpose.
