ACCOUNT MANAGER
(NORTH AMERICA)
Genumark is looking for experienced Account Managers to join our growing team based in Canada and the US.

About The Role
Our teams manage major national accounts whose brands are part of our everyday lives and shape our culture.
While managing your existing accounts you will actively bring in new clients, working with industry leading manufacturers to develop and source products that tell compelling brand stories.
As an Account Manager, you will be managing client projects through their full life cycle – from concept to presentation to delivery – all while working alongside and being supported by our top-notch Production team. Our experienced Accounts team and designers love collaborating, so you should too.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Genumark is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team based in Canada.

About The Role
Our teams manage major national accounts whose brands are part of our everyday lives and shape our culture. How this role fits in the grand scheme is it provides inbound client support for all inventory fulfilment programs.
The purpose of this position is to provide inbound Client support for all inventory fulfilment programs. This position will also complete RUSH order data entry.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Answer all inbound telephone, email, fax and mail requests for product information
- Sends Order Acknowledgement to customers via fax, email or mail
- Provide back up support (when required) to Data Entry by entering all received orders
- Processes Drop Ship orders and forward to Buyer for delivery and completion
- Communicates with Buyer to ensure timely purchasing of inventory
- Communicates with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of orders
- Issue and process return authorization requests
- Cross-sell products when and where applicable
- Track and investigate late or lost shipments
- Re-send Client invoices as required
- Read and respond to all inbound Customer Service email requests, forward other
inbound email to appropriate personnel - Learn about products offered in each program to effectively answer client questions
- Complete all out bound calls to clients relating to back order and/or discontinued items
- Enter and release all RUSH orders and communicate with Pick/Pack to ensure timely
and correct shipment of order - Assist in the Health & Safety program by complying with all health and safety
protocols, processes, and policies; and participate in employee training and accident
investigations, when required - May be required to perform additional and/or different responsibilities as set forth
above
This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office
