Remote Support Instructions
1. Click the button to download the Zoho Assist plugin
2. Click on the downloaded file to run the client
3. Wait for the installer to finish and click on “OK” when done.
4. The IT Analyst will tell you the Session ID shown in the newly opened window, enter your name and click on Join Session
