At its annual awards gala held in Toronto on January 19th, the Promotional Product Professionals of Canada (PPPC) announced that Genumark has been named the 2011 Canadian National Distributor of the Year. Genumark was awarded with the same distinction in 2010 and has received Distributor of the Year recognition in eight of the past ten years.
“We are honoured by receiving this award which is especially gratifying since it is voted upon by our supplier partners in our industry. It’s a credit to our entire team and their commitment to excellence on a daily basis”, said Mark Freed, Genumark, President and CEO. In accepting the award Freed paid tribute to all of the award winning suppliers and distributors in Canada who have helped each other by demonstrating to their clients that “promotional merchandise is one of the most powerful, cost effective and creative ways to promote their brand message.”
