But this isn’t all as they are also sweat proof! The front cover is double shot over-molded (fused together) with the rubberized center button and rubber seal. Several clamps inside hold the main housing and front cover together firm and rigid against the rubber seal. The speaker cup and main body are one part, eliminating screws and seams. The USB cover is entirely sunken and snug, the volume buttons are covered in rubberized paint and the microphone hole has an acoustically transparent gauze. All these features seal them against moisture.
The Freedom earbuds are tuned with emphasis on sub-bass, while reducing the listener fatigue ranges of mids and extreme treble. The result, warm thumpy beats that let you crank up the music without experiencing listener fatigue common in regular headphone use.
